Are you sure your map is the right way up, I always thought Stonehaven was South of Aberdeen.

Doh!!!!! for some reason I had Peterhead in my mind !!!! Stonehaven is indeed south and not sure if they have an Ashvale, the one I used to go there when living in Aberdeen was great western road

:agree: They used to give you a certificate if you finish "The Ashvale Whale" the only problem is that it's a wee bit out of the centre (think it's Hilton Road) but no problem if you have wheels

Yep remember that, I once saw someone finish one , but she was a big lass with a big appetite and surprisingly she was visiting Aberdeen from France :-))

Sure is, the stop off there on the way home on the supporters bus was mandatory and never failed to impress, mind you that last time I went there via the bus was 43 years ago!

Went to the Ashvale after the match and it was rubbish. Only kidding it was smashing, thanks for the heads up folks.

Ashvale is rank. Either Torry Chip Bar or Blue Bird Chipper on Urquhart Road for me

The Bay on Stonehaven is the current Fish and Chip shop of the Year for the UK...until next Wednesday that is.
