Who provides them? (just so I know never to add them…)

Nothing on BBC either - surely it would take a Boardroom meeting before he got the push but I think that he will ride out the storm - after all Fergie did

Situation has changed since Fergie started, he could have time. Manchester United simply cannot afford to not be in the CL.

Have they been knocked out?

As in next season. They simply cannot go without. The money, the advertising they sell... Not being in europes premier competition would weaken the brand. They wont allow that.

Imo obviously

I think so but that isn't likely! Not the way they are playing anyway. However yes, they still may qualify for it.

Moyes won't be sacked this season and will get a decent chunk of next season as well.

There is massive surgery needed on that Man Utd squad. Fergie had them playing at a level well above where they should have been.

:agree: Didn't Fergie go 14 games without a win at one point? Moyes will still be in charge next season.

If they keep failing he will get punted.Too much at stake down there and they cannot afford to fall behind the others.

Everton's first win at Old Trafford in 21 years.

West Brom's first win at Old Trafford in 35 years.

Newcastle's first win at Old Trafford in 41 years.

Swansea's first win at Old Trafford ever.

David Moyes: record breaker. :not worth

Does anyone believe that Ferguson would have survived as manager for as long as he did in the current climate?

Failure to take a top four place will see Moyes off. The Glazers require the Champions' League income to prop up their ailing business empire and will not sit by and let things drift.

Moyes is out of his depth but has a near impossible task. Ferguson knew the score and jumped ship at the best time (for his reputation). Engineering the appointment of Moyes also was likely to make hime look good by comparison.

Managing United is likely to be a poisoned challice as long as Ferguson is stalking the corridors. United have not learned the lesson of the end of the Matt Busby era just over 40 years ago and will pay the price.

Moyes must stay!

Got to laugh when you see Terry Butcher as the favourite for the next Rangers manager at 9/1. Even had a price for Neil Lennon being the next Rangers manager, now that would be interesting.
