Still did **** all though, other than cement his reputation as a diving cheat. Good to see the Hearts youngsters adopting the values of their predecessors.

He was booked for diving at Tynecastle when we beat them 2-1. He tried to con the ref when Jordan Foster pulled away from the tackle and the cheat went down like a ton of bricks!

thanks for confirming it was him, he can now get ready for diving in the first division.

My better half knows Jason Cummings dad and she still can't believe he's playing for us. And the end of the day parents do what's best for their kids.
Walker played well last night and was their only threat.

Doubt they'd sell him to us but I'd be happy with that if we could stamp out his diving. He looks promising.

I have to smile when I hear their apologists banging on about their inexperience.
Maybe in terms of passing, shooting and defending, but not in terms of diving, whinging, fouling and screaming in the referee's face: they show experience way beyond their years there.

That's twice he's been booked in derbys alone. I'm sure he's been booked against someone else for diving aswell this season. That would make it at least 3 yellows for diving in 12 months. People wonder why players start to get a reputation.

Wee scrote. It was DUFC he was booked against recently for diving as well. Reacted in the same petulant way at the ref then as well. Was straight over to the East giving it big licks to us all after the quarter final, didn't see him try it at full time last night, however?!

And when he got booked for fouling into Cummings (I think) in the first half, stood over him shouting right in his face. I was sure someone was going to go through him for that later on.

I don't actually mind walker, I think he's a decent wee player certainly the best player they have on their books.

He is a tricky player and runs / dribbles with the ball well - certainly a player defenders don't enjoy playing against.
Supposedly his weakness is his work rate - I thought he looked dangerous last night.
But as already mentioned - speed plus a bit of skill = a dangerous player. Harris is very similar so looking forward to seeing him back.
Will be interesting to see how the yams do this transfer window and in summer as most of there players are out of contract in summer and can speak to others now...

It was dealt with by the referee at the time of the incident so he'll face no further action.

He's the blueprint of a player Butcher will like, direct, pacy, not scared to have a pop, determined/hard working and a bit of a nasty streak in him, would fit in well to the style he's trying to get us playing, would still be a bit strange having him in green though :agree:

Have to admit I thought it was a penalty at the time. After watching the replays though it's a blatant dive, he clearly started falling before any contact was made. Fair play to the ref for calling that correctly, I can think of a certain referee who wouldn't have hesitated in awarding a penalty.

Not that it's much of a compliment given their current squad, but he's easily their best player. With some decent coaching he could become a useful player.
