Few & far between...

For me it was:

That 2nd half V Falkirk - needed yet stunningly unbelievable Roy of Rovers stuff
Leigh Griffiths ability to conjure something out of nothing
the fans defiance of them, our displays despite it all
Spoonys goal V them and savouring the atmosphere from then on in
Winning in the Highlands for a change

maybe more today?

Spoonys goal was 2012 I'm afraid!

The highlight for me was the semi final and the win at tynie.

Killie away in cup

Caldwells winner at Tynecastle

The way that, despite a lot of peoples opinion, a great number of fans have stuck with the team through another sticky year.

2nd half v Falkirk

Doyle's equaliser in the Falkirk game was one of my best moments as a Hibby. Griffiths 4th was almost expected afterwards IMO but the sheer feeling of complete euphoria when Doyle's strike hit the net is very hard to match.

The ****ing Daffy Duck gif was simply magical and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

This. When that hit the net I knew we'd do it.

Celebrations for Leigh's winner were wild too.

Great memories.

More today who know it's still work in progress so not expecting any big change in home form today just more solid defending better organisation and maybe we take the few chances that come our way .As for season highlights add the Killie cup game and in league the second half performance this season at Perth when we dominated them and didn't look like losing the sacking of Fenlon. Also needs included as think in a years time we will look back and realise what has been achieved that wouldn't of if Petrie hadn't acted when he did .

That moment when sparky's free kick almost burst the net at the pbs. One of my favourite hibs goals in my lifetime. And the winner from Ross Caldwell to top the day off:thumbsup:

Yeah, think the highlights of 2013 have been well summed up. Only really three games worth mentioning. Killie in cup, Falkirk in cup and them away in the league. Maybe the win at rugby park towards the end of the season too. Meaningless game but for hibs to score three goals is a highlight these days. Was gonna say the win v Celtic but then realised that was 2012. A year ago today in fact!

Semi against Falkirk, not just for the result, but to see my usually very laid back 14yo lad going pheking radge at Doyle's equaliser and Sparky's winner was magic! :agree:
Killie away in the cup, the whole day was great, started at the Club in Galston for a pre-match party. :top marks
Cup final against Celtic, not the result obviously, but the whole day, started in Rutherglen bowling club pre match, and just continued partying all day even though we got humped. The sing song at the end was goosebumptastic, as was the minibus through the Tims after the game. :flag: :tbgwa:

Pretty much everything has been mentioned already. I've managed to think of one memorable game which Leigh didn't have a massive hand in: our 1-0 cup win over the Sheep was a cracker. I don't think I enjoyed a moment more last year than Williams's pen save.

Watching Leigh Griffiths play for hibs, that was it for me. It has been another bleak year.

Yeah - all the usual suspects mentioned - BUT ...........

.........what about Gary Deegan's goal against Aberdeen and not forgetting Ben Williams penalty save from Vernon in the 83rd minute plus his wonder save from McGinn in injury time.

Without all that Killie away and Falkirk 2nd half would never have happened.

So for me it's Deegan's wonder strike that is top of the tree.:greengrin

Doyle's equaliser followed by Leigh's winner.
Both goals at tynecastle, anyone else replay them in their heads in slow-mo?
Killie in the cup, just a superb day out (despite breaking down and being stuck for hours). Can't think of a game I've enjoyed more over the recent years.
Struggling billy brown interview!!
The last 20mins of the final, we epitomised what it means to be fans that day.

Falkirk game cannot be considered a good day given I've never felt as low as I did at half time.

Killie away or 2-1 at Tynie for me.

Appointing Butcher as manager. Delighted we showed such ambition to prize away a manager that had been doing so well at a team with far less resources! Big things ahead for 2014!

Game wise the Caldwell derby. Other trips where we have drawn/lost have also been great trips, Celtic 3-0 loss was a class day bar the result.
