Watching Eintracht Frankfurt v Augsburg on BT sport , ball kicked against defender who keeps his hand out of the way and ball hits him quite clearly in the ribcage. On assistants word Ref gives freekick for hand ball and places the ball where the ball was crossed from and not 5 yards closer where ball actually struck defender. So not just in Scotland but even in GERMANY these things happen
