No idea what keanes' motivation is though. Honking manager / pundit.

To be fair it was Ferguson that brought it all up. The media are asking Keane for a reaction cos they know he'll give one.

If Ferguson hadn't written the book slagging off everyone that disagreed with him this wouldn't be a story.

Fair point DH. Just felt his 'ego' comment was ironic, given the size of his own ego!

I think the best thing Fergie can do is bugger off for a year or so.

Great manager, but he's hanging around like a bad smell. He's always being interviewed, always being picked out by the cameras and always being name checked at press conferences. Someone in the press said he was like an over bearing father in law. Can't make Davie Moyes life any easier!

Keane has a point IMO

Worst thing Fergie did for Moyes was leaving him that midfield - mind you, Moyes did little to improve it. But it is miles behind Arsenal, City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Everton..

It's not easy getting 3 points at Old Trafford post Fergie - even ManUre cannae manage it :faf:

To be fair he is also right.

Ferguson is an old tosser.

Spouting off about his Socialist roots while endorsing the Glazers mortgaging Man United to within an inch of their lives.

Not to mention hanging around the club like a spectre at the feast.
