Would anyone happen to know where the ideal place is to park the car and view the fireworks from the car?

Cheers

Fettes Row. Should get parked ok. It's next to police HQ, driving on best behaviour.

Ferry Road at the Spiers pub. Could be busy.

I watched them from Braid Hills golf course a few years back. You can park your car by the club house then it's a short walk up the hill to a good viewing point.

The cemetery at the bottom of Lothian Road has good vantage point, but I guess that area will be mobbed.

Front passenger seat will have the best views and you can have a bevvy without worrying about driving.

Just watch it on tv.

Heating off, windows open, invite a lot of random drunkards in and don't let yourself use the toilet for half an hour after you need if you really want the experience. :aok:

Happy new year.
