Since management published the appeal for volunteers to join the expanding media team at our club, at least one Hibby has made an impact in recent months. Nicola Scrimgeour, Hibs Net poster and prospective journalist had another great article in the Hibernian Family series published on the main site this week covering the FranckSuzy-inspired Leith Links initiative and community activities ongoing at the club.

There are still more opportunities for Hibs supporters with an interest in media to join the team, either by extending your hobby for writing, photography, film or graphics or to gain much needed work experience at the end of a period of education. Hibernian TV's own Luke Shanley has now gone on to a great job at Sky TV proving that work experience at Hibs can be the springboard to a great career. See the final few paragraphs of the article below for more details of how to enquire

Hibs Club next Thursday
The next gathering of the Hibernian Family on Thursday 12th December at 6.30pm. Note this meeting is being held at the Pat Stanton Suite, Hibs Supporters Association, Sunnyside, Easter Road.

There will be an opportunity to hear updates from directors and management on the impact Terry, Maurice and Steve have made in their first few weeks, the latest on ticket packages, IT systems, club shop, media, community and charitable initiatives, Hibernian Ladies and other projects. An opportunity for those present to ask questions or enquire about volunteering opportunities to join the Hibs family.

This is an informal meeting open to Hibbies interested in all things Hibs. For reasons of security if you haven't been to a meeting before, please PM me if you would like to attend.
