I wouldn't care if he had a jamaican accent, he's a fud who will end up on the wrong side of a baton in the face one day and it'll be his own fault.

He is basically putting himself and other road users in danger by using a mobile phone while driving but he thinks he is above the law and can do whatever the ****** he likes because of the wording of some document he is twisting to suit his purpose.

When he runs someone over or causes a fatal traffic accident im sure the judge will understand that he was just "travelling" rather than "driving" so he cant be blamed.
