Snow watch 2013/2014

With Britain about to be hit by the worst winter EVERRRRRRRR, I thought it would be good to keep a track of the snow situation across the place, recount the idiocy in people that snow seems to bring about and - if it does get actually serious (not "UK serious") then - who knows - you UK dwellers might find out here 1st.

Just started here in Zurich - or at least daytime snow - though it has been at it in the mountains for a good few weeks on and off.

Any of the white stuff back home yet. Hope you have all stocked up on non-perishables for when the snow cometh, you can guarantee those lacking a brain cell or 3 will be down the shops stocking up for another "brutal winter" :greengrin

According to the Daily Mail, every winter is supposed to be the "worst on record" :greengrin

All they do is look at where the jet stream is, if it's below the south coast of Englandshire then it's panic stations, as it was a couple of weeks ago, now it's started to move up a tad they've suddenly went all quiet :agree:
