Just ran into Adam Rooney.

Was chatting with him briefly, told him I was a Hibs fan to which he said "ahh Butchers boys". Asked him if he thought Butcher would do a good job at Hibs and he said yeah, Butchers great. Told him he's welcome to sign for Hibs any day. Really nice bloke :agree:

Did you ask if we could have signed him for 150k in January and if it was FACT?

All jokes aside would love to see him at Hibs.

There was a time when he left ICT that it looked like he might have been coming here, was hoping he would. Wouldn't mind seeing him sign now!

Aye him along with Tomer Hemed - Israeli international forward, where Calderclowns top targets.

When they went elsewhere we were left once again with the dregs. No back ups etc

Oldham & yes.
not sure how many goals he has scored this season, but he seems to be doing pretty well (no shock)

Wasn't the FACT about Rooney that we were only going to offer him a basic weekly wage of 1K which was " substantially" less than ICT were offering, making us one of the lowest paying teams for wages in the SPL?
