Anyone else think it could be a good idea for the club to start uploading videos from the training guard to gives us a better idea of what the morale's like at the ground?

Other clubs have uploaded clips of crossbar challenges or pranks from players on other players. They'll be a good watch for fans and could also provide the players with a bit of fun. Also seems like there's a few characters at the training ground who'd like to get on board, like Michael Nelson etc. Terry Butcher also seems to have a sense of humour so I'm sure he wouldn't mind

Just an idea.

Here's a couple Spurs have done

It seems to have just been interviews which are interesting, but don't quite show the spirit of the team

Shame..you have to be a member of hibs tv to get all the vids...there is one from Wednesdays training session...including a classic bit near the end..the players weren't doing the exercise fast enough and were all made to 'drop' for 20 press ups ! Must be a real shock to their system..actually working in training..ggtth

The team has spirit? Could have fooled me.

What happens on the training ground is one thing; what happens on the pitch is what counts.

Training ground pranks and penalty competitions? They should be pounding the Gullane sand-dunes until they're properly fit, and then a nice run back to East Mains to warm down before a bracing cold shower.

And then a full afternoon's workout with the ball ...

No cause then all the types of negative press comes out about training fights and things. Man city have a public walk way on a hill near there and that's how they get all there bad press and training issues.

I'd rather they did their talking on the pitch and left the team to get on with getting match sharp instead of having cameras distracting them.

I can see the sense in it, but I think it'd be just a gimmick. I dread the threads that would appear: "Vine was smiling at training - players should be weeping with effort. Only at Hibs" sort of stuff...
