Perhaps so, but I'd still prefer Hibs took some action to avoid any damages occurring

No way the club would inform the individual if their tile was damaged but don't imagine they would be able to replace it quickly enough for it to go unnoticed.

Sure would leave a bad taste. :what:

They will take preventative action to remove the "temptation" from the poppy thiefs/orcs

Spray them with this, and they'll not go anywhere near them:-

At the risk of sounding like a muppet, how would they exactly get to the tiles to damage them? The East is blocked off from the South, is it not?

Ah - for some reason I had it in my head that what was being referred to was when Rangers returned to the Premiership - the cup ties completely slipped my mind.

I would imagine that the displays will be barricaded off, and with stewards and police officers in attendance the plaques will be pretty safe from harm. I`d say that they may even attract some interest from visiting fans on both occasions. Rangers and Hearts have some unpleasant sorts following them, but the vast majority will be normal football fans who may well cast a curious eye over some of the plaques before heading in.

If the PM can get purple paint? / flour thrown at him in the House of Parliament or Murdoch get slapped at the Leveson enquiry determined numpties will be able to try something. Whether they can execute will be down to the level of protection I personally thing barriers AND protective screening would be needed. What do Arsenal do?
