saw this on the main butcher thread but just watched it the now. Pretty fascinating stuff from TB and a interesting insight to TB new style of coaching - he says during the video that he never thought of any of ths stuff years ago

I laughed at his comment on the glass, being half-full or half-empty, when he asked the group what were they?
He said for him, it's half way onto another one, quality big TB !
