It will certainly be easier with him at the helm. Like it or not (and Jambos wont) having an ex-England World Cup captain increases the stature of the club and, in Yam terms makes us much 'bigger'.

As T.B. & M.M. have done, he spoke highly of his time at ICT and their owner/chairman and was offered improved terms to stay. I'm sure he will enjoy his new improved facilities at East Mains though :thumbsup:

He is key part of new management team We haven't had somebody that can identify the right players to bring in since Celtic poached John Park .So here hoping he can do as good a job for us as he did for ICT Some of the Dross we have had to endure over past few seasons have been inept choices Any one that watched James Collins must of seem he doesn't have a first touch doesn't go by players lacks real pace doesn't look a natural finisher and struggles to win balls when launched up to him from the back We will soon see if Maurice is a good coach ,:flag:
