A really good picallili in a pastrami sandwich is a joy. Baxters whole grain mustard is great too.

Have to disagree with honey in anything. That's all you can taste.

Just a thin spread of Colman's mustard on both sides does perfectly.

There's a place for a decent honey and mustard dressing but not on a sanny....

Anything hot and spicy for me.

Can't beat Colman's mustard with cold meats or cheese.

I would never put any type of dressing on a butty.

I make my own Harissa style chutney/relish.

Red peppers, serrano pepper, chilli powder, fresh corriander, sultanas, raisins, olive oil, garlic, cumin, sugar and a splash of vinegar.

Leave it for a few days then a good spoonful on a sandwich with left over lamb or chicken.

Lovely stuff.

I'm in the hot mustard camp, preferably English.

Great for bad sinuses too. :-)

Currently it's cottage delight Naga chilli sauce, ridiculously hot but very nice indeed
