Did nothing tonight..... how can a player who was ripping up the SPL with St Johnstone canny make or trap a ball in a green shirt..... he was honking tonight

Deep breath now, he's our top scorer this season, not exactly useless.

He is hardly useless

Played out of position. All stems from bad management. Should be played through the middle.

Picked the worst night he could have to put in that performance. It was utterly terrible. The chance he missed was unforgivable and I don't think he found a green shirt all night.

Substitute Vine for Craig and you would be nearer the point but certainly not a game Craig will consider to be one of his best.

I said he was honking TONIGHT, tell me a passage of play, a decent cross, even when he was one and one with the keeper tonight he hits the ball straight at him..... tonight he was useless

He should have squared it to Robertson and we were level

He was poor tonight and the chance was missed was, erm, almost unmissable. I think I'll be having nightmares about that, never mind him.

craig was shocking tonight- should have been hooked for zoubir by 60 mins latest. but seems to be an 'untouchable'

Was rubbish tonight but has had his moments in a Hibs shirt this season. Not helped by playing in a team that is incapable of attacking with any sense of fluidity, conviction or purpose.

Truly awful

I'm as gutted as the next hibby, but to say that LC is useless makes you look foolish. In. My. Opinion.
I can't even be bothered to explain why.

Well if you thought Liam Craig was one of our best players TONIGHT - well I think we will have to agree to disagree in my opinion he was hopeless TONIGHT as was Vine. No energy, speed or even the will to win

Thread title "Liam Craig = Useless", not "Liam Craig = Usless Tonight"

Granted you said 'tonight' in your post, but I reserve the right to take issue with the thread title.

Surely you can see that PF's lack of tactical and leadership qualities are the problem here. Players like LC do not become useless overnight.

He deserves our support.

Craig's a decent player for me. Might have been pish tonight but wasn't any worse than anyone else. One of the first names on the team sheet IMO.

He does not deserve my support tonight, I am still livid that again we have been beaten by the worst Hearts team in recent history, he was not alone, Vine, Collins, McPake, Thomson, Taiwo were all honking..... I am so angry that once again we capitulated to that lot.

The Harp Awakes

Not a good game tonight and bad miss but a good player for us so far this season.

Step forward Patrick Fenlon, master tactician and player developer.

Of all the people who might get a bit of flack tonight, Liam Craig is not deserving of it. He`s been a really good player for us this season and I for one am glad he`s in our team. When we get a manager who knows how to play him and has a shred of tactical intelligence, he will get even better.

Yes......

He needs to do far better.

Play him in central midfield, where he did so well for St Johnstone last season. Dosent seem that difficult.

He was through the middle and fluffed his lines. Was woeful this evening was like playing with a man short.

Craig and Robertson were the best players till they scored

Craig hit the first defender with his crosses all nite and was woeful from start to finish and was never at the races.

Totally disagree one of our best players....

Ha ha

He was poor tonight, perfect example being trying to be the hero instead of rolling the ball to Robertson for an open goal.

He was poor tonight but so were many others. I think he's a decent player but through the middle not on the left.

Trust me, we have far bigger problems than Liam Craig. He's a good player who will be a good signing for us.

No doubts about that.

He was seriously off his game tonight. was it his cross when Hanlon hit the post? Cos most of the balls he delivered into the box were shocking.

Purehibee_MYB
30-10-2013, 11:31 PM
Not even going to bother reading the posts but by no means is Liam Craig a useless player. One of our best players at the moment and had a bad game tonight. Sick of fans writing off players after one or two poor performances.

His miss was shocking tonight but he has been good for us this season, there is hope for him, I'll put this down to a bad game
