Just heard he has died. I doubt a lot of people will ever know how influential the Velvet Underground were. Thanks for your stuff Lou, thanks for Bowie, Roxy, The Ramones, Lloyd Cole, Orange Juice, and everything since.

The Velvet Underground were amazing. I wasn't so keen on his solo stuff.
