When you live abroad you look forward to the games.....so the rage seems unreasonable

Are u trying to watch on Hibs tv? Or Hibs xtra? I don't think the game is on Hibs tv, it's just showing on xtra.

It seems season ticket holders can log-in no problem , but one match subscribers cant.

you would think that they would put a message here. Thankfully I did not take the offer of two games which was not an offer because they were at the same price 10 x 2........might have been better to do buy 2 and pay 20 % less............ money back please......

Okay, put us in as temp members and get things moving. It cannot be to hard to add a few members and remove them again after the game. I have paid twice and not seen one second of the game. We apparently have a professional mob looking after Hibs Tv yet they have no one to reply to emails or the technical ability to fix the problem.

I hesitated to buy one at the start of the season given the cost, lack of confidence in the service, and the fact I am not around to see all the games.

I won't be buying the next game (yams) as it is live on TV and I guarantee I can find it somewhere for free even in Canada.

There was a glitch in our subscriptions system affecting one-game subscribers which has now been resolved



I will grant refunds to all of the supporters, who struggled to access the video stream"

Disappointing for fans who haven't been able to see the game but the refund offer is fair enough.

Worth remembering that HTV piggyback/broadcast an existing outside tv stream for their games and Xtra is Hibs fans/the club volunteering their time to get the games from ER to fans.

Just heard that the problem was with the server that caused the log-in problem for one--game subscriptions.
