Surely that's meant to be you need to have arranged/booked the tickets by 1pm? I ordered some yesterday but I don't fancy getting down there 2 hours early!

Would have thought that at time of booking info regarding this would have been given

Got down for 13:45 and got the tickets no bother. Think it was badly worded and what they meant was the tickets needed to be 'bought' by 13:00.
Kids are right bored now though!
