They have, but Belarus have made it hard for them too. Loading the box with bodies and not allowing them to have too much time on the ball the closer they get. Michu hasn't done much so far, but he's not exactly been setting the heather alight in the premiership this season so far (compared to last season).

Would have been really unhappy if that hand ball was against Hibs and we didn't get it. Was it Piquet who got booked for the blatent hand ball a few minutes earlier? Would have made for an interesting 2nd half, Belarus score from spot and Spain down to 10 (surely a 2nd yellow for the hand ball).

Cannot disagree. Seemed to move his hand towards the ball. 2nd Yellow too I would not doubt.

Have to say I laughed when Clive Tyldesley (or Elizabeth Pedestrian as he likes to be known at the weekends) said England were playing against a country with the same population as the city of Bristol (less than half a million). I laughed because England were struggling at that point then it suddenly occurred to me that if Montenegro (aka Bristol) can field such a good side (bearing in mind a few of their better players were not available), with such a small population how in the hell can Scotland not produce as many decent international players?

It's a bit far out from the tournament, but I fancy Argentina for the World Cup. Messi is due a big tournament at international level, it's in south America. Brazil are good, but not great and the expectation on them could be a real weight. Germany, Belgium, maybe Spain for the quarters/semis, but can't see any of them winning it. Thoughts?

Thing is, they'll replace their older players withs some real young talent and off they go again!
