Good turnout from across the club on Wednesday. It wasn't a big meeting like a Q&A - more of a working group. Brian and Garry were there from the Board, Russell and Andrew from management, David Forsyth, reps from Hibernians, branches and Historical Trust as well as a number of volunteers.

The Vision group work focused on brainstorming the ingredients for a Hibernian Way induction programme aimed initially at the playing and coaching squad but ultimately for everyone who works with the club. The goal of this work is to unite the Hibernian Family with a shared set of values and vision. Next month the group will meet with the manager and a few players to understand what information they would like to know about Hibs, our history, traditions, supporters and the relationship with Scotland's capital. The list of ideas put forward in a short space of time was first class, I'm still to write these up.

The project team to improve Communications is already underway and the messageboard admin have already met with David Forsyth to start the ball rolling. I'll leave it to Slopey to post up more info when the time is right but this is a strong team and our expectations are that over the season we will see real improvements in this area.

The Crest on the West project is parked for a few months while the club completes the East Terrace and kicks off another supporter project to be announced soon. A wee team will be created to formulate ideas for improved branding aroiund the stadium.

The Safe Standing project is still to get off the ground. There's been initial correspondence from one or two supporters who ran a poll on Hibs.Net. There's also been an intial paper from Garry O'Hagan back to these guys. Garry attended the September and October meetings ready to discuss but so far we haven't had any supporters pitch up to transform the discussion into a project. These proposals need supporters or supporters groups to be set up to drive them forward. Anyone interested?

Finally the work done by supporters and management last year on ticketing and IT system requirements is close to bearing fruit. Following the recent announcement on removal of booking fees, look out for further news on improvements to ticketing and access over the winter months
