This must be a good boost for OTJ. I hope it's not long before we see him hit form at Hibs.

Completely agree. Don't think He's even touched the ball for us. Bale, Ramsey and otj, the welsh dream team!

I thought Fenlon was supposed to be doing something about the George St culture.

Would imagine he'll be in with a shout of starting on Monday. Hope he gets into a decent run of form, clearly a good player in there somewhere.

Good player who bossed us the last couple of times he played for Inverness against us. Needs a run.Good to have a hibs player in an international side at any level. Someone must rate him.

This. There's constructive criticism then there's needlessly putting your own side down. The fact that it's being done for such a positive thing only makes it worse.

Here here. And people wonder why players struggle at Hibs. Horrendous chat.

Well done big fella

Obviously has necessary quality ... Can only help Hibs by him training with people like Ramsey Bale Bellamy etc

This can only give him a well timed Confidence boost

I think its a good thing being recognised by your country but his form since joining has been poor and he hasnt kicked a ball for weeks. Why call him up?

Nowt wrong with stating an opinion but it is hibs.net

The problem with Jones is that everyone expects him to go about as some sort of enforcer because of his size.

He does have to use his physique more, impose himself on the midfield and he needs to get more involved but I think he's a better footballer than folk give him credit for. He looks like he has decent ability to me and passing the ball about might be more of a strength than kicking anything that moves.

I may be wrong - time will tell.

I don't think there's anything wrong with folk actually posting on here what they really think. While we should all be happy with the news, I'm sure most of us are amazed he's made the Welsh squad considering the start he's had to his Hibs career. But well done big man. Hopefully now he's fit we'll see a completely different player.

Very surprising call-up but hopefully a confidence booster.

Good news for the player and the club, but TBH it is pretty astonishing.

Actually, I agree hes not really been a player for us (yet!). I just think that his call-up can only be a good thing for Hibs.

Just seen this on SSN. Got to admit, I am pretty surprised at that. He hasn't really done anything to note, except the Killie game, to get a call up for his national side. But I hope this call up can give him a confidence booster and see his Hibs form turn around. I hope he can stake a claim in our midfield and show that good form he showed at ICT last season.

He has played for them before though so they will be aware of what he can do. It would be a surprise for a first call up, certainly!

Only seen him playing for Hibs pre-season. He was very good against Dumbarton, pinging 60 yard crossfield balls. I think he's a good player.

Gareth Bale can only improve training alongside the big fellae.

Coleman has painfully few centre-half options with Chris Ghunter - normally a full-back - and Owain Tudur Jones - a midfielder and last capped in May 2011 - tipped to start against Macedonia in the middle of defence.

Crikey.
