Billy Hunter who played for us for a short spell in the late sixties is the new ambassador of the Football Memories Project. Lawrie Reilly used to have this role and Billy has just taken over. This is a fantastic charity which helps people with dementia by showing them old football photos and getting them talking about their memories. A number of clubs, including Hibs are involved in the project. Here is a link to the article which contains a photo of Billy and two team-mates from the sixties. I am of an age where I recognise both and also what they have in common, but won't name them. Well done Billy and everyone concerned in this very worthwhile cause. http://www.theedinburghreporter.co.uk/

Correct. And they all played for Motherwell at some point as well as us. Billy never played that many games because of the competition for places but he was a Scotland international. Bob Shankly signed him then left.
