No.

I've had the misfortune to see the turgid chancers who have been wearing the jersey over the last few seasons, and he can't be any worse. But it being PF, I'm not even sure of that.

In other news, Gareth Bale is set make his Real Madrid debut at Villarreal on the right wing tomorrow night.

Coach Carlo Ancelotti confirmed today that the Wales star, who played 30 minutes against Serbia on Tuesday night, will get his maiden Primera Liga run-out in the showpiece Saturday night clash at El Madrigal.

The Italian coach said: “Bale will travel and will play.

“I'm not sure if he will start or come off from the bench.

Former Chelsea and Italy boss Ancelotti confirmed that he plans to play Bale as a right-sided attacker and said: “Bale came here without having a normal pre-season, but his condition is not bad.

Thats shocking, Real Madrid have struggled for years with lack of pace and no width whatsoever. Ancelotti is clearly a clown.

Hardly merits a thread of it's own though, especially with the title "Fenlon again showing why blah blah blah blah" which has been a thousand times before.

It'd be interesting to have something to discuss on here other than cheap attempts Fenlon bashing every single time.

I posted it on the thread for the game, as a joke. I didn't start a completely new thread, slating Fenlon for it after already making a thread slating Fenlon a few hours earlier.

Given that we've been getting told for the last three weeks that Zoubir would be one of the things that would make everything under Fenlon better, I think it's a fair point by DBS.

Disappointing to see he's benched. He's fit and ready according to the players and they like the look of him saying how easy he passes players.

Hopefully see him come on though with enough time to show what he can do.

Come on Hibs, lets get the 3 points.

I think Bob has a valid point, we needed a wide player and we have one now, and i'm assuming he's learnt the players names, but he's on the bench.

We needed a centre back a few weeks ago, Nelson came in and was straight in to the team, its another pointer in my opinion to just how cautious Fenlon is.

Yep he could've but as a member of this board he decided he wanted to post a brand new thread relating to Fenlon, specially when the team had been announced and Zoubir not included in the starting line up.

I guess we should be thankful Fenlon is going with 2 forwards who look like they know where the net is. I also think that they will have to create the goals for themselves as I can only see Craig, out of that midfield, being able to provide a decent pass in a forward area.

I suspect the new boy will only come on if we're getting beat and time is running out.

I really don't know or don't care, there are many many bad threads on this board that I generally ignore, ask him yourself if it bothers you that much, or just ignore the thread altogether.

DBS has a point re Zoubir, we need/want pace and excitement, we get in a player who seemingly can give us this, yet decides to play a very similar team to the gash we've seen this past few weeks and has him on the bench. If it's a fitness thing then I'd still start with him and hope he gives us the lift we need to give us a good start to the game, then if we are ahead, you could then play with a lot more caution and crowd the midfield.

The boy has come from a different league in a foreign country.

Introducing him to our league gently makes sense to me.

Ikechi Anya played well for Scotland on Tuesday, but he only got a bit part in his debut against Belgium the previous Friday. Strachan is still getting plaudits.

I feel massively flattered to have caused a minor Hibs net controversy on a) the very suitability of such a thread and b) the appropriateness of the content, but somewhat unworthy of both the rancour and the support, flattering as they are!

Is there inadvertent link to pornographic material I've managed to miss, or is my ire at Fenlon not fielding our new signing really that exciting?
