Obviously trying to usurp the protest.

Like the interest on the monthly season ticket payments, it'll be a cost that the club is absorbing.

Generally people are attracted to online purchases and booking because it is easier and cheaper. This is long overdue.

Good move from the club though, better late than never. :top marks

yes, well done to the club.. its a small step but one in the right direction..

were hibs/hearts not guilty of asking for £6.50 or something for postage recently? or was that Hibs to Hearts fans and Hearts to Hibs fans?

I always found it ridiculous that someone buying a ticket early had to pay more than someone who turned up on the day of the game. Well done to Hibs for sorting this out. As had been said often- Hibs getting things right off the park, now time to sort them on it!

I don't think I have paid a booking fee if baught online and collected at the ground?

There will be saving by having less staff manning the ticket office and shop. So it unlikely that this is a big hit for Hibs

I assume that the booking fee goes to ticketmaster, who run the operation, and so although this is a good move and benefits us individually it will means that the club receive less back per ticket.

You would have.

Good move from Hibs, its not a great amount, but it was bloody annoying having to pay it just because I live outside the town and could never get in for tickets.

Exactly, generally its cheaper to purchase anything online as the seller doesn't have shop overheads etc.
