The most seriously injured survivor of the July 7 bombings

I had the pleasure of spending four hours in Dan's company recently, what an amazing courageous and inspirational guy he is, the way he has put his life back together following his atrocious injuries is truly remarkable. If you haven't read what this guy has been through you need to google him.

Was this the guy who was standing right next to one of the bombers as he detonated? If it is, I remember reading his story a few years back - an ex Austrian army surgeon saved his life by pinching his femoral artery together?

What was the occasion Scouse?

Dan amongst many other other things conducts accessability audits for many large organisations, he was actually conducting an audit on a building I am responsible for so I accompanied him for four very interesting hours.
