Could you ever see another code of football being popular?
Rugby league rugby union
PDC BDO darts(talented that BDO lot)
Boxing.

I think it'll happen one day.
Organisers and club owners basically taking fans money.
Fifa corruption.
Soul less stadiums.corporate rebranding.
Aint how football became popular years ago is it?
Not the working persons game any more.

I'd like to see a new code where there's a wage cap over the board. Enough to live on but payable by most of the clubs.
Then players will be playing for the jersey.
Also cheap attendance.maybe a few pound.
Maybe i should just go watch junior football.
I dont like the path current football is being taken down.

I dont think there will be a new code or format of football introduced but i can envision a Euro-league set up being put in place in the not too distant future.

There is a pattern of the rich getting richer amongst football clubs and the very biggests ones are just amassing more and more money meaning only they have a realistic chance of winning the domestic leagues and across europe there are generally only 2 or 3 clubs in each league that will be winning the title.

They will just set up a league competition for the largest clubs across europe to compete in each season against each other rather than the champions league to keep the money flowing and leave the domestic leagues to get on with it amongst the wee clubs that EUFA and FIFA dont really give a crap about
