Proper Experience

Is really what we need with a good blend of youngsters.

And by experience I don't mean somebody who's just older.

McManus, Boyd, McFadden, Webster. All players with international experience, all available from the start Of summer.

Really think this is the sort of player we should be aiming for, with these 4 in the squad that malmo night wouldn't of happened.

Really don't see the point in Michael Nelson etc. (That's not a dig at him)

We've got experience in abundance throughout the squad, guys like Thommo,Williams, Maybury, McPake, Nelson.

What we lack, and I'm bluer in the face than Veruca Salt saying it, is pace up top and width. That's all that is missing in my opinion from changing Hibs from bland and ordinary to very good.
