What time will the ticket office open tomorrow?

if I'm right in thinking a student season ticket card won't be activated until ID has been provided?

According to letter my daughter got you have till 1st October to produce your student ID, you can email a photo of your card I think as proof also

Think it's open up until kick off on match days, at least I hope it is as I've got 2 tickets to pick up!!
