The BBC originally reported that he had died in a car accident. Now they don't mention the cause and other websites are reporting complications from appendicitis.

It's now being reported he died of a heart attack. Sad news and if thats the cause of death another one from the sport to go that way...

think its a south american thing mate. in some countries they are given a nickname like neymar, ronaldo etc etc, mostly brazil though. im guessing thats the reason.
