Sorry if mentioned within another thread but just saw this on SSN - within a match preview... The fact that we have new seats hasn't actually made the ticker...

I was sure I saw the old ones on the back of a pickup truck a couple of weeks ago. Amazed Rod didn't flog them (to raise enough money to buy Leigh.)

Can someone explain to me, why do you need bucket seats from a sports car in a STATIC technical area? I see all the EPL teams sitting in their Recaro seats and it drives me crazy. I presume they are heated for those chilly winter days??

1 x 7 subs
1 x Pat Fenlon
1 x Jimmy Nicholl
1 x Scott Thompson
1 x Dave Henderson
2 x Tam McCourt
Leaves us one spare non?

That's for the Doctor, and the Physio can sit on his knee.
Nothing to see here........We've been dressing as seats for years apparently since we sold 138 less tickets than Hearts in the 2006 Scottish Cup Semi Final

Only big teams can afford to do that, so sadly, that rules us out

Trying to instill the "we're a big club mentality", we have the training facilities and a great ground so why not.

Because it's dumb? These seats even have cut outs in them for seat belts, FFS.
Mind you, I suppose if the dug outs went round a tight corner quickly then I'll be forced to eat my words.

Look like roller-coaster seats, we trying to hint to everyone else what life at the club is like?

I quite like the idea, the old ones did look a bit shabby.

That gets my vote. How about SESOIM for the first game of the season?

How about me? The only problem with my shouts from the stand during the match is that poor Pat can't make them out. I'm sure he'd really appreciate a clear and to the point "C'mon Pat change something FFS" the next time we're an hour in to a game and struggling to impose ourselves.

Seems a shame.
The old shelter had Frank Sauzee's Predator bootmark in them. From a European night like tonight!

The seats in the away dugout are a bit more elaborate. Apparently they were designed and installed by Martin-Baker Aeronautics - they same ones they make for the RAF.
