Quite pleased to see the European Court has ruled that FIFA and UEFA are bound to continued provision of footage on free-to-air TV stations, as they evidently wanted to sell these to Sky or the other highest bidder.

They've complained saying that this ruling prohibits them from selling their product at "fair value", once again highlighting that football is the bottom of their priorities.

Time to empty the halls of power at UEFA/FIFA.

In NZ, Sky have lost the rights to theEPL to an Internet company who are charging £80 a season to watch online.

Broadcasting is changing.

Not before time too Steve - I like the approach of some of the American sports such as the NFL, NCAA, MLB, NHL, NBA who all have a centralised website and offer their own TV packages where you can watch every single game from the pre-, regular and post-season for an annual subscription fee.

Tie in this with the likes of Netflix, Lovefilm and other On Demand TV series' and live TV as a whole faces a bit of an overhaul.
