From a betting point of view. I'd be laying Hibs at 3/1 (Malmo & Draw running for me) good value. But...

I recall putting a wedge on Elfsborg to win the first leg at Easter Road in 2008 which paid for my trip to the away leg. We were never going to win that game and had the first leg been at home this time I would have fancied a decent bet on Malmo if the odds been decent.

We are playing against a team in the middle of their season - experience has shown that's a massive handicap.

Otherwise, there probably isn't that much between the two teams.


But on that basis, Malmo must be firm favourites, though beatable with a disciplined first leg performance.
