Presume if your renewing season tickets that you just pick up from Easter road as I can't remember there been an options for delivery or pick up when renewing!?

I just called them, they are all being sent out, and you should have them by Friday

Just moved and although I changed my details in the tickets part of the hibs site I will go to the stadium today to double check.

Why are renewals getting a new card? I don't know if they are, all I do know on that is the previous year, I did not get a new card but half way through last season , I had to get a new one. I had trouble getting into 3 games, as my card would not register.........the turnstyle att. kept saying......you'll need to go to the office. I just tried another turnstyle on 3 occasions and managed to get in.after this happening as many times, I demanded a new card.

Cards are getting redesigned yes, I heard that. apparently going to be a maroon colour this year to mark the demise o' them.It will have one city one team on the flip side, dvd's to follow at Hibs store.

See that is where I would have an issue. Now, it hasn't happened to me but then again I only managed to use it 3 times last season, but if it did happen to me I am afraid I would be going nowhere and would be blocking up the turnstile until a supervisor came and sorted it or I was arrested. Then Mr Petrie would hear about it and I would relish that conversation.

Anyway, I have changed my mind about going back to College, Im currently looking for a job. Would i be able to exchange it for a Hibs Future ST? As that's what I had last year. I am under 18, so does this mean i will/wont qualify as an student or will i still be able to get a student ticket?

Have you asked in the ticket office? They should be able to give you a definitive answer.

Tweet on the official twitter saying that cards have been dispatched, and if you selected the collections option, they're ready to pick up now.

When my eldest renewed in March, he was told that he would have show up in person when he got his new matrix card. Around three weeks ago they emailed him asking for his current matrix details, sent them it and he is apparently now getting his delivered without having to go in. Will let you know when they arrive if his is there.

The last official figure was 8000 sold - however this was a few weeks back. I did hear mentioned we had sold 9000 about a week ago but this could be bollax.

It looks like they managed to muddle up details between me and my dad. My dad received one today addressed to me at his address, with my name and seat on it, but with his client reference number and his category of ticket (senior).

If your daughter is at school (in full time education) or under 17, she will get classed as a student mate. Don't think they do Hibs Future tickets anymore. My wee brother is the same.

The deadline to show them you have a valid ST card is October 1st. So wat tilll you get your new ST card mate, then show it to hibs.

Young Scot cards are not accepted, you will get your card during the first week, you have until 1st October to show it to Hibs.
