Has to be fake. Aside from the fact that it's not there any more, it's completely out of character for Andy.

If its not a fake (which I doubt) then someone must've got hold of his phone :lolyam:

There's way Andy Murray would post something controversial with a sponsor hashtag to boot

He's got a PR team who manage his social media output well

I checked his Twitter as soon as I seen that elsewhere, and there was no sign of such a comment. Pish IMO :agree:

Definitely a photoshop job. He's quite an intelligent chap and wouldn't post such a comment. He also doesn't mention football that often on his twitter.

My jambo wife, who follows Andy on Twitter, has just chipped in that he's not said this.

More to the point, though, if (when!) he wins - imagine if we could get him, his mum and brother on to the pitch at half time at the Motherwell game? I know there is no chance of this ever happening, but I reckon it'd be a "Sauzee appearance" effect on ticket sales.

Andy Murray would suffice, no idea why we would want to see his Mum and brother on the pitch.

Fair enough. I would quite like them to be involved in this event that is never going to happen because of the part they have played in Andy's historic Wimbledon victory . Also, Judy is is the reason that they are Hibbies (well, her dad is - let's get him in, too!) and it would appear that Jamie's much more of a Hibbie than his brother :offski:
