View Full Version : Yams A Quick Thank You To Our Yam Guests

Mikey

Just a quick note of thanks to our Jambo peeker in-ers. The viewing figures for hibs.net (and the Yam Admin thread in particular) are through the roof this month. And that means that our advertising income is at record levels.

You guys know where to find the truth about your predicament, rather than reading the nonsense put out by Anderson, Bathgate, et al

So when it comes to early 2014 and hibs.net is handing over a very healthy cheque to Hibernian Youth Development, you can give yourselves a pat on the back. Whilst you may not appreciate it yourselves, your children and grandchildren (who will be Hibby’s after all) will welcome it.

Given how much better your youth teams are (or so you keep telling us) it’s certainly money that’s much needed.

Cheers now :aok:

Thats a great effort from The Hearts lads and Im sure Pat Fenlon will be delighted with their contribution...well done jambos!

One of my good jambo pals tells me he takes a wee peek every night and usually ends up hooked for about an hour. He tells me that the financial insight on the admin thread is much more detailed than on kickback or in the mainstream media. Indeed, on the advice of our regular financial experts he held off on buying a season ticket while The Liths were in charge and he now intends to purchase one in the coming weeks. He told me one night after a few gins that he finds the level of stupidity and gullibility on kickback a bit embarrassing but he's an old school stalwart so he just puts up with it...also said he doesn't understand all the pictures with 'pleasing' ect.

but then, in the spirit of this thread, it's nice to know that the second to wear the green are making their own small contribution...

Yup. And they are so desperate for accurate information and can't seem to find it in the media or kickback (1902, 5-1, debt free in return for £1m pledges etc).

It's a win win all round.

The MSM have to take a share of the thanks too

Theyve shown an admirably resilient ability to keep a lid on the key questions normal people are asking (was it worth it, seeing those employees in tears 13 months after 1-5? Are we saying there's no room for cheating & financial doping in the spl or are we saying its ok to cheat in Scottish football provided you are not a small team? Those types of questions)

They've helped drive people here too

Where is this rally being held? My flatmate, a jambo season ticket holder, hasn't mentioned it and his plan today was to watch le monde then the cricket. The rally can't exactly be a Herculean effort from the yams.

It's funny. Speaking to fans of other teams recently, and they've all said, bar none, that they want us to get through this. Infact, a couple of 'Well fans were saying last week they don't want us to go down. They said it comes up a fair bit and that they've never met a fan of another Scottish club wanting us to go down. I was surprised at that, to be honest, but was nice to hear.

I said, what about Hibs? And they actually laughed and said, aye forgot about them, they all want you dead, don't they. Said they were surprised just how much Hibs hate us, didn't realise it was that bad.

It's surprised me to be honest, but I kinda get it. They'll never beat us in any significant way when it comes to football and they love claiming glory that's nothing to do with them. Adds up.

They really are so unhumanly stupid

ANSWER to the last para.... Take it 0-7 isn't significant. As for the glory I wouldn't take away your crowning glory of not paying your way especially charities and local businesses. Farf

Had a little look over there and have you ever wondered what they look like?

Here is 3 of them with a little description about them..

I.J This is the welt that no matter what is posted Hibs or Hearts related it won't be a sensible answer. He will try to throw in his "hilarious" replies usually one liners that make the cringe factor in everyone's body go through the roof reading. Yet he has a lovely little lapdog of followers who usually chuckle away with him! He's the kind of guy who takes plain bread to work and then takes someone's stuff out the fridge and moans about folk steeling. He prob lives with mum in a Norman Bates style and in his spare time wears dresses to his bed and only gets up out of bed on even numbers on his alarm clock.

Craigieboy. He's the guy when at school there was always one idiot who tried to do everything the cool kid done. But always ****ed it up. He would run around trying to impress people thinking he was "cool" when sadly the cool kid was rippping the pish out him. He's grew and likes to pretend to help the club he so dearly loves yet no one has seen him at any charity events. Whether it's Hearts related or not he's the one who always says he'll be there yet never turns up. He's the kind of guy who takes his sister to the cinema and holds her hand to make out to strangers it's his girlfriend. He owns a Tamagotchi that he hides in his bumbag under his Sweater shop jumper!!

Sir David Attenborough, This is a guy that just can't leave his bedroom in case someone posts something about Hibs that he misses. He still has a Samsung D500 but can't get it to connect to the internet causing him to refuse to leave the bedroom. He's a little tubby guy with red cheeks and a huge hamster cage that goes round the room. In his spare time he like to pretend he's Devon from the 80's hit show Knight Rider and sits for hours in his step dads grey suit while shouting at the monitor "K.I.T.T keep Michael safe.

So guys, please keep looking in and posting your Hibs related stuff. Please, please keep telling us that we're "hurting" that by the way is my personal best as you honestly can't see the irony in that can you! :aok:

:aok:

Absolutely superb. I found a photo of the tit SAD (he's got the right initials anyway.

It must be quite embarrassing/galling/hurtful/sickening being a yam and the only place you can get the real story on whats happening to your club is from your biggest rivals.

Don't know if any of you follow this on Twitter? Set up by a Hibee, it's full of delusional quotes by taken directly from Keekback. Some of the stuff is priceless, one of them suggesting they go for Goodwillie next season! :faf:
