I was wondering if anyone knows the stories of some of the great terrace songs over years . I've often wondered who actually comes up with them, and how do they become terrace favourites ... Who brought the allezallezaux song to ER , which actual person or persons? How did it come about . I recall the "ootobe" song starting with the young casuals in the 80s , but who sang it first ??
Going back there has been loads of chants changed from other clubs songs..I'd love to know who first came up with the legendary "there's only one Sauzee" a song I'd love to still hear at games incidentally ..or going further back ...who first came up with the Hibs version of "ha way the lads.."
You get my drift ...was anyone there at the start of a chant which made it on to the terraces ...and will you share the story ??
