Spanish league completed tonight.

Real Sociedad just edged out Valencia for the 4th CL spot.

All of the bottom 4 had a chance in staying up but Celta Vigo made it with a win due to La Coruna losing at home, so La Coruna went down with Mallorca & Real Zaragoza.

4 CL places decided ( Barca , Real M , Atlético M and Real Sociedad ) but 3 EL places not quite so clear - Valencia and Betis are definite but Málaga have appealed against UEFA ban about non payment of bills ( would Hearts have been affected by UEFA rules if they`d qualified for Europe ? ) and Rayo Vallecano are struggling to get UEFA licence for stadium ( again would Hearts have had problems ? ) so 9th placed Sevilla could still make Europa League . Think we`ll have to get through 2 rounds before maybe meeting a Spanish team .
