only seats left are behind the goals, as i was after north stand and they had two seats left front row so i declined them, so had to go behind the goals.

Would have thought so as it's more of an English holiday, not a local one. Maybe a wee call beforehand is in order :agree:

Does anyone know if they have separate queues for cup final tickets and other ticket requirements? I accidentally selected collection when I bought tickets for the derby, and I'd really rather not have to hang around for several hours.

I'm pretty sure derby tickets are being handled in the shop rather than the ticket office.
Does anyone know if those who opted to collect cup final tickets after waiting the advised time can get them there too or is it a ticket office job?

I'd like to know this too, was planning on going round after work and hoping not to wait in a queue of people buying tickets!

If you buy your Cup Final tickets online you still have to wait in the same line as everyone else buying tickets, I had to do this on Saturday.

That's terrible, wish I'd known that when I ordered. I thought I was being safe not risking them in the post!

I just assumed collecting from buying online would be the same as the semi where they had it in the church opposite. Probably will be something like that at the Dundee game I'd imagine.

Thanks for your response. I was up this morning, only a small queue. There was a separate window open for fans collecting tickets only.

Cheers, just went in on the way home from work, no queue at any window and all tickets safely home now, don't know what all the fuss was about! Also realised that I've managed to buy tickets for my whole group without even using my ST so someone's getting two tickets they didn't expect.

Just went to collect.

No queue, nice and easy and relaxed now I have the tickets in my hand.

Picked up a couple for the Hearts game as well and was told sales off those have started to speed up a bit too.

That's odd, telling us to collect from the club store but less than an hour ago I got mine from the ticket office!

Sorry if this has been asked already, in a bit of a rush unfortunately cannot read through various threads that is likely to have answered my point.

What phone number do people use to contact ticket office? No one seems to be answering at all on the 1875 number i have?

apologies again for annoying question, appreciate any reply :aok:

It's not a big box for the guy to look through, most people must have gone for postage or already have them.

Probably moved them over just after I left as there wasn't many still there. No ID for me either!

Noticed that - no bigger than a shoe box, so vast majority must have got posted. No id or matric card asked for either. Very easy.

To be honest even when we went down on the first day, waited 6 hours...the girl at the counter was helpful polite and really nice they even stayed well after closing time to make sure everyone was served. You cant ask for much more?
