Code can only be redeemed on nowtv.com. Valid for One Sky Sports Day Pass only. Any codes used after 19th of May will not be valid. Viewing period on Sky Sports Day Pass ends 24 hours after you activate it. Pass must be activated within 365 days of purchase. Sky Sports Day

Sign up here, it was quick for me because I've already got a sky account. Just add the pass, and when you want to use it just click on my TV. Obviously dont activate the pass just now as it only lasts for 24 hours and you'll miss the game.
