The checkout chicks were saying they'd never seen so many fans in there :greengrin Mind you, I reckon that was due to the queue for the gents

Popped in there are the final whistle and they were doing "4 for 3". Thought to myself I'll have some of that.

Whys that?

I thought it was strange that we have tabloid paper police on here, looks like supermarket police now too, most odd.

Asda must have made massive money on alcohol sales yesterday.......

Seen a number of guys heading back to their buses with crates of lager......Obviously not heard of the non alcohol on buses law, that has been in force since the mid eighties......

It's all about posting your opinions and getting the post count up AB.
This one is arguably random about Asda. Seconding threads regarding telling Fenlon to f##k off 30 minutes into a cup semi also helps boost the count.

I think some deviants may have broken the law. :tsk tsk:

Perhaps on the buses. Did see loads of empty poured out bottles lying around. Passed two boys sitting with bottles of Rose wine and police taking their details, quite funny :agree:

Police stopped us a poured a few drinks. One of us had a bottle with a screw on lid confiscated even tho he wasn't drinking it.

I used to work there when I was a school kid and wouldn't shop there.

I don't give a **** about post counts. I do post to give my opinion though. I thought that was the point.

"We're all going to Tesco" when they tried to shut the shop doors

Very funny

My brother in law was there once and saw a guy at the checkout having a tough time with his three screaming weans, franticly trying to pack his messages into bags as they tugged at his tracksuit bottoms. "c'moan dad, I want some, I want some." "haud oan, fur ***ake, man, it's cummin" then they lined up like three chicks in a nest and he gave them each a shot of "skooshy cream" right there and then.

Me and my cousin were amongst the last to get in before they shut the doors. Woman at the doors said to the bloke behind they should call the police because of the number of people trying to get in. The bloke just looked at her confused and didn't move.
At the other door on our way out there were a load of confused locals trying to get in with their trolleys.
What I don't understand is why anyone in their right mind would try and get their weekly shop on a Saturday afternoon when there's a match on at Hampden. Surely you check the TV or radio before you head out to make sure you're not going to meet all the traffic/fans. I know I check kick-offs if I ever have to pass through Gorgie/Murrayfield to make sure I'm not about to meet a bunch of fans leaving the stadium.

We got train back from Kings Park. Loads of people had a carry out and were drinking on the platform. Sticks in my mind as there wasn't a cop in sight and no staff at all at the station.

It's Glasgow, TV's don't exist there yet.
Well that's not quite true. They do have telly's but they have to go through and burgle them from houses in Edinburgh.....

Apparently, they shut the doors because of a theft.

If it doesn't involve Celtic or Rangers they're surprised if more than a handful turn up to watch the game.
