Just seen this on twitter

@AgentScotland: Looks like Dundee Utd have beat Hibs to the signiture of Chris Erskine, Hibs offered 2 year deal, United a 3 year deal, same money

Anyone know anything about this?

All I know is that I am as accurate in tipping horses as Agent Scotland is in getting his information right. :greengrin

I know we've got a semi final next weekend and Agent Scotland is a yam fud.

I normally disregard his posts but wanted too see if there was any truth in this. I expect utd to sign a good few thistle players

We've already got a tricky player with no pace from thistle so it's no great loss anyway

Watched the game and Carmichael and Clark stood out a lot more than Erskine. Hope we get them tied up.

He followed his old manager to his new club... Nowt to do with money etc.

As for new recruits I do hope that PF & LOB have made enquiries re the lad Clark. Looks like a prospect with an eye for goal.

Best player on the pitch today was little Carmichael - really enjoyed the game, a real blood and guts cup final that had it all. I know we are interested in DC but how keen not sure - according to my mate at one of the academies Fenlon has had him watched since our cup exit. Erskine was very very poor today - caught ball watching far too often and expecting things to happen. But he is a good player. I keep hearing about this lad Forrester in Ireland too.

Silly season will soon be amongst us again when it comes to transfers - just hope we are looking at pace, trickery and strength up top.

With Pat's coat on a very shoogly peg I doubt many players will commit to us just now.

Hopefully they'll have made some discreet enquiries for them both. Cheers again

Would be surprised if Sandy Clark's son ended up at Hibs, given Clark senior's obvious antipathy towards us.

More likely to end up at Ibrox or Tynecastle imo.

I would expect Sandy Clark to advise his son to do the best thing for his career. An SPL side must be a good move. Transfer his scoring record to SPL and he will be knocking on Strachans door.
