Must be in the miracle category...needing Us to win away at Champs who need result to potentially win this years league / Killie to get beat / draw from 2 teams above us.....

It would be some quirk of fate for us to achieve top 6 now........The odds of Hibs winning, Dundee winning and Utd/Aberdeen drawing is 186/1....

Big ask unfortunately:rolleyes:

177/1 on bet365, not only would it be amazing for all hibs supporters, but the best 3 quid ive ever spent!

50p on that bet tomorrow. My nags usually get shot at the Grand National so I'll put the cash on Hibees!

It's a certainty that Dundee will beat Kilmarnock, Dundee Utd and Aberdeen will draw and we'll be beating Celtic 1-0 with 3 minutes to go of injury time and Celtic will score two late goals which will not only knock us out of the top six but will mean they'll win the league if St Mirren beat Motherwell!

You could put money on it!

Can't see it myself but still important that we get a result in Glasgow as I don't want those pesky Yams to get any notions of climbing above us in the league.

tbh i don't hink theres a chance of us finishing in the top 6 now and i don't see us beating celtic.

You just know it will be in the mixer with 15 to go..only for a swift kick in the nads Hibs style........I predict a dons v untd draw......Kilie v Dundee draw and us beating Celtic....so losing out to Killie on goal difference....

Its the Hibs way

I put a tenner on it with William Hill @ 186/1. Easy money! :flag:

Kilmarnock looking for a bigger than usual support. £5 admission for adults if accompanied with ST holder.

As optimistic as I usually am, i can't see any way that things will go our way today. Disappointed doesn't come close to describing how i feel about that. Sat in the top 6 all season til the week it matters. FFS!

Complete betting virgin. Just put £5 on us making top 6, was gonna put it on a Horse (Seabass lets see if that kicks me in the nuts later) But this seems more fun... And this is how it starts..

Matty - if the brewery holding tanks burst open and everyone was filling buckets...you would be there trying to rescue your share with a fork and a sieve :greengrin

Any chance you can nip to the bookies and stick a Celtic, killie and united (or aberdeen) treble on mate?

Can't see it myself however there is always next season ( which I expect as a minimum for next season btw).

Try our best hopefully no injuries to key players today and bring in Hanlon for a wee bit of game time prior to his return to the starting 11 against Falkirk next week.

Also give Harris, handling and some of the other young lads a run out.

I think we'll get beat 3-1 or 4-1. Sparky to get the consolation goal.

Interestingly, Fenlon pretty much said that we were in a false position earlier in the season. A lot of people on here got slated for saying the same thing.

Fortunately BlackpoolHibs has stopped taking his tablets so it's safe now to say we're sh*te

Going along today. Top 6 is out of our hands, so hoping for a good performance that sets us up nicely for next weeks semi

As our chance of finishing in the top six will finally be killed off today, the very least the team and manager can do for the fans is to finish 'best of the rest'. There really is NO excuse for our cr*p league form continuing.

The target should be five wins after the split. I realise we won't get that many but we should set difficult targets. As a club, we ned to develop a winnning menatility, where winning is the ONLY thing.

We also need to break the derby league win hoodoo, in spite of the best efforts of the matchday officials
