View Full Version : Fourth Officlal At The Rangers Games

By keeping an eye out for Raymond Whyte's return I've been checking the refereeing appointments in divisions 1, 2 and 3. Can anyone tell me why it's only games involving The Rangers, either home or away, that have a fourth official?

.....or why their televised matches - of which there are too many - get a ref who would otherwise be reffing an SPL game.

I believe that either team have their own board for lower league games. Cost cutting exercise perhaps? Saw this in a Montrose game I popped along to recently
