Having a read of this on my lunch today.

There's so many mistakes, it could have been written by an 8 year old laddie.

LEIGH GRIFFITHS grabbed the limelight with a stunning treble — but he got a real helping hand.

All three of his goals came with huge assists (really?) from hapless Kilmarnock as they senselessly wrecked their own Cup dream.

And for Ibrox-bound keeper Cammy Bell, it was a day he’ll be desperate to banish from memory before his switch to Rangers.

Bell’s howlers gifted Killie at least two of their goals (I think you'll find you mean Hibs here, Robert)

Not that he was alone. Step forward Mo Sissoko, Ross Barbour and William Gros, the other Killie villains as Pat Fenlon’s side edged closer to another Hampden final.

Scotland keeper Bell didn’t cover himself in glory at Griffiths’ opener (Silly... trying to highlight an apparent mistake from someone when really it was a good header to pick out Griffiths and a neat finish), then played his part along with Sissoko in a Keystone Cops second from Matt Done and was then woefully at fault for the controversial striker’s second goal.

Barbour was red carded late on for a tug at Griffiths, then Gros handed Hibs a penalty to give the hitman the match ball. And if Hibs can keep carrying this kind of luck then maybe, just maybe, this could be the year to end their drought. (this kind of luck? What? You mean a combination of an impressive team performance and a somewhat shaky opposition defence? is that luck?)

Killie boss Kenny Shiels chose to go with the same eleven who started the 2-2 SPL draw at Easter Road just four days before.

That meant all-time SPL record scorer Kris Boyd had to again settle for a place on the bench.

Hibs boss Fenlon made one change, recalling David Wotherspoon.
The midfielder had sparked Hibs comeback on Wednesday, helping set up both their goals.
So he started on the right at the expense of Paul Cairney.
And they had the first effort on goal after ten minutes of play.
Griffiths cut inside Jeroen Tesselaar and tried his luck from 25 yards. But his shot failed to trouble Bell as it drifted past thepost. (spellcheck required)
Sissoko then did well to stop James McPake getting on the end of a Griffiths free kick.
But it had been a good start from the men in all yellow, backed by a pretty huge (How can something be "pretty huge"?) travelling support. And with 15 minutes gone they had something to celebrate as they moved into the lead.

Tesselaar’s clearance was headed straight back by Wotherspoon — and Griffiths was the first to react.
The striker’s pace took him right through on goal with Tesselaar struggled to keep up. And as Bell started to advance he curled the ball under him from 15 yards.

But then Killie pressure paid off as they levelled after 27 minutes. (Pressure? They had absolitely no pressure on the Hibs goal before that goal out of nothin)

Paul Heffernan nodded the ball back to Gros, who let fly from the edge of the box.
Ben Williams did brilliantly to keep out his shot but was unable to hold on to the ball.
And as he tried to recover James Dayton raced in and fired high into the keeper’s unguarded net.
But after 38 minutes Killie handed Hibs back the lead after a colossal cock-up at the back.
Bell tried to throw a quick ball out to Sissoko, who was already under pressure from Done.
So he played the ball back to the keeper, who was dispossessed by Griffiths. Bell then appeared to try and bring Griffiths down (He didn't "appear to try and bring him down, he brung him down and would have been sent off if it didn't result in a goal) but the ball broke to Done.

And the winger took great glee in firing the ball into the empty net.
Bell was booked by referee John Beaton as Hibs celebrated their moment of good fortune.
But then in the after 71 minutes Killie found a away (do you even read this after your first rough copy?) back into it.

Dayton’s shot from the edge of the area was once again well saved by Williams.

But as Heffernan went for the rebound he claimed he was nudged by Lewis Stevenson. After a long pause Beaton pointed to the spot.
Heffernan stepped up to take the penalty himself against Hibs spot-kick specialist.
But this time Williams could do nothing as he blasted the ball past him to level once more.
Bell saved again from Griffiths after 76 minutes.
Then a superb McPake tackle denied Heffernan the chance to put Killie in front.
It proved to be vital as Hibs went onto win the game with eight minutes left after more calamitous defending from the home side.
Sissoko was once again at fault as Griffiths tried to get on the end of a through ball.
He slid in trying to deny the striker (no, he didn't Robert) and sent Griffiths crashing to the ground.

Bell appeared to pounce on the loose ball as the Hibs fans screamed for a penalty.
But he didn’t have it under control — and Griffiths got up and swiped the ball home.
That was the cue for Boyd to be thrown on for Tesselaar.

But he was only on the pitch minutes before Killie were reduced to ten men — then found themselves two down.
More poor defending allowed Griffiths to race in on goal.
Rory Barbour pulled the striker back and was shown a straight red.
Griffiths took the free kick and saw his shot handled by Gros in the wall. It left Beaton with little option but to point to the spot and show him a yellow card.
Griffiths beat Bell for a hat-trick and a place in the last four.

Also, in the match ratings he says the referee got the penalty decision spot on.

Robert Martin, you are a complete ignoramus.

Don't know how these papers exist, nobody seems to actually buy them. If they do they are automatically left for everyone else in the workplace to read.

They're bought by the weegie masses.

That's why all of their articles have spelling and grammer mistakes and must mention either Celtic or Rangers in some way.

It's a "weegie minded" rag.
