You would think it would be at the end if the season.

It will no doubt be either Griffiths or Williams.

I think Jorge Claros should be in with a shout too, don't think there's any co-incidence that our bad run came when he was "not in the right frame of mind" when he was left pondering about his future between the 0-0 derby and the defeat to Ross County and also, him not starting against St Johnstone.

He calms down the midfield and gives that little bit of composure we need in there, he has also got great passing ability and rarely gives the ball away. Very underrated player.

Hanlon, McGivern and Cairney have also had very good seasons so far.

Unsure about the Young player of the season, we haven't really had any young players getting enough game time as yet, Handling and Caldwell have both started 1 game each and had a few cameo's off the bench but I'm not sure who'll get YPOTY.

Stevenson is a big contender as well IMO. Its good being able to point out all the good players in our team for a change

Are there tickets available for the function at the hibs club? Never been before and wouldn't mind going this year.

What's the age limit? Is Griffiths too old at 22?

His versatility and professionalism are a credit to him, but he's not been played consistently enough - from the start, or in one position - to make a claim this year. Although, he has improved from his POTY winning form last season.

A real good player to have in the squad, and even first team.

Why is it in march when the season is not over and still about half a dozen games to play?

I think there's more chance of me getting it than Lewis. He's been a bit part player but has done well when given the chance.

It should be noted that it is not infact player of the season, it is player of the Year, as the award runs for the calendar year....

Think it's safe to say there is really only 2 contenders for POTY, Griffiths and Williams.

Griffiths for me.

Has to be LG. Williams has played well but without Griffiths' goals we would be nowhere near as high in the table. Big Ben can have the Scottish cup player of the year for a consolation!

1 - Ben Williams
2 - Jorge Claros
3 - Leigh Griffiths

Without Williams saves we wouldn't be as high in the table either.

Williams for me. Fantastic signing in what has been a real problem position for us.
