What a massive opportunity to get back on the rails after a sticky run. This is a great opportunity to get the feel good factor back and hope there is a loud and committed Hibernian support and team giving their all.

Assuming Clancy is out.

My team would be

Williams

Maybury JMP Hanlon McGivern (if out Lewis)

Claros Deegan

Doyle Robertson Done

Sparky.

Would have the same but maybe Taiwo instead of Deegan. Its good to have a bit more depth for once though!

Is Cairney out?

This is a massive game for both clubs, Aberdeen will be looking for revenge after we knocked them out in the semis last year. Both clubs going through a bit of a sticky spell at the moment and if last Sundays game is anything to go by then we're in for a snorefest. Hopefully it doesn't go to a replay because we all know what happens when Hibs travel north. Lets get intae them!

Also, even if Robertson happened to be sent off in the SC when he last played for Utd; who cares. :greengrin

Exactly even if he head butted the ref then machine gunned the opposition fans. Once you move country all suspensions are off. :greengrin

I'd drop McPake and put McGivern in centre and Stevenson at left back.

Agree with that 100%. McPake has been a wee bit suspect recently, whilst Stevenson has been a stand out in his recent outings.

So for me best back 4 is : Maybury McGivern Hanlon Stevenson.

I agree with the OP this is a massive game for us now given recent results , a win could kick us on for the rest of the season.
Getting a wee bit excited for Sunday , hope the players are the same.

It'll be Maybury and Stevenson in the full back positions.

Stevenson I can handle but Maybury will struggle.

Looks like the pre-match Maybury phobia has already started.

The truth is that even if the guy won the man of the match award he'd still be slaughtered on here.

Just noticed this (click on word document on right hand side).
If the game was to end in a draw, the replay would be on Tuesday 12th February.
As we're due to play St Johnstone at ER on Monday 11th, which competition takes preference, SPL or Scottish Cup?

Draw for the 1/4 Final is after the match on Sunday, Live on Sky Sports at 5.40pm!!

Scottish cup takes priority. St Johnstone game is on TV so hopefully we wouldn't miss out in rescheduled TV. Offset I guess by share of replay receipts and replay TV (my assumption)

I know it's hypothetical, but they should just move the St Johnstone game back to the Saturday if this was to happen!
