I've never really understood how somebody can be arrested solely on a suspicion. :confused:

Because you're a suspect until convicted...? They can't say he's been arrested for rape, as he may not have done it!

Always a bit uncomfortable when rape suspects are named before conviction.

Stuff like that tends to stick and it seems guilt isn't really an issue for a lot of people.

I agree 100%. Until found guilty, the accused should have the same right to anonymity as the victim.
