This Sunday will be a bit special as Quinn’s will also play host to the many ex-players who have made the journey to London as our Burns Night guests; so for those who can’t make the Burns Night, feel free to pop along for what's guaranteed to be another large gathering.

Head Chef Pierre's Michelin star menus are always seasonal and classically French with a distinctively light and modern touch and Sundays menu will hopefully reflect this.

Pierre’s hors d’oeuvres are a great way to start an after-match party. His little bites of haute cuisine are so wonderfully adept at showcasing his culinary creativity. To start we’ll be served the timeless, seafood entrée, Coquilles Saint-Jacques. He’ll also serve a Pissaladière, that classic onion tartlet made with olives, anchovies, and fresh herbs.

Main courses are Cognac Shrimp with Beurre Blanc Sauce. An easy shrimp main dish that is quick and easy to prepare. This will be served with couscous. Pierre’s coq is legendary the world over, so there’s French Roasted Chicken with Cabbage and Prunes served with buttered new potatoes. Desert will be a simple Chocolate Grand Marnier Crepe.

As an aside, Quinn’s are celebrating truffle season with truffle shavings available to pair with each course at £5 per gram from now through until March 2013.

This weeks house wine is 2007 Bon Courage Colombard. An absolute steal at £9.99 a bottle.
